Change Management is a session that will support you to have more clarity and focus on relevant crisis.

You will learn to increase awareness on the impact of forced change and how to transit from what was, to what is and what will be and provide a highlight on the skills and tools to navigate the process.

We will discuss:
- The difference between Change and Transition
-The Transition Model, how to navigate it?
- Planned Transition (Identifying where you are looking for opportunities in this cycle to create new beginnings)
- Bouncing Back: personal resilience to bounce back from adversity.

About the Trainer

Christine Francis has more than 20 years within the world of business both locally and internationally. She developed a first-hand experience of how to lead and navigate change from within. Be - Live - Transform, is at the heart of the work she does with her clients to ensure they are living a value’s driven life to leverage impact beyond success.
Christine holds a BS from New York State University, she specialized in Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management “ILM” UK.
She is a certified consultant specialized in Leadership, Culture and Change management transformation aimed to develop values driven organizations from the Values Centre UK. She is also a certified Social and emotional Intelligence coach with the Institute of Social and Emotional Intelligence, USA.
Throughout her extensive experience in the corporate environment, she has been leading and mentoring Leaders and teams within organisations.
